<p>Cervical Strain</p>
<p>REHAB YOUR INJURY BY&#8230;</p>
<p>Posture: Lift shoulders up, back and down.  This is a good posture to be in.  Try to address any awkward posture that you have during your day such as talking on the phone with your neck bent sideways, etc.<br />
 Icing: Wrap an ice pack around the back of your neck for approximately 15 minutes.  Try to ice 2 to 3 times per day with one hour between icing.</p>
<p>Gentle Shoulder Circles: Gently lifting your shoulders up, back and down and around.</p>
<p>Gentle Neck Stretch: Slowly drop your ear to your shoulder and hold the stretch for 15 seconds.  Then slowly drop your chin towards your armpit, holding this for 15 seconds.  Repeat this on the other side.  Perform this stretch 2 times on each side.</p>

<p>What hurts&#8230;: my left foot on the bottom between my toe and second finger. what hurts is a nerve in my toe that runs through the bottom middle of my foot. it feels like my foot is split in half throught the inside.<br />
How you hurt it&#8230;: i was playing soccer and stepped on a large rock on the front middle of my foot between the toe and second finger.<br />
When you hurt it&#8230;: i hurt it about 8 months ago and ive stopped playing soccer trying to let it rest but it won&#8217;t heal.<br />
Your pain level (1 is low, 10 is high pain):10 when i make a quick turn to the left or right when running. and 7 when just walking around.<br />
Your age and overall health&#8230;: 19,athletic,good.<br />
Any other information you feel is relevant&#8230;: i went to a therapist and he gave me a foot massage and told me the nerves inside were clogged up and cold. he also told me to get a bottle and roll my foot on it.<br />
here i put pictures and marked my foot with a marker so you can see where exactly the pain is. i darkened the front middle of the bottom of my foot the most because thats where it most hurts.</p>
<p>YOUR INJURY COULD BE&#8230;</p>
<p>Neuroma</p>
<p>REHAB YOUR INJURY BY&#8230;</p>
<p> Gentle Massage: Massage over the area, opening up the space as shown in the video.<br />
 Icing: Place an ice pack on the bottom and top of your foot for 15 minutes, 2 to 3 times per day, with at least one hour in-between.<br />
 Metatarsal Pad: Place the top part just over the area of pain at the bottom of your foot.<br />
 Toe Curls: Curl your toes or pick up socks or marbles using your toes.  This helps glide your tendons, mobilize the nerve and strengthen the forefoot.<br />
 Nerve Glide: While on your back, use a belt or rope and place it over your forefoot.  Keep your knee straight and toes down towards you.  You will feel tension down the back of your leg.  Glide up to the point of tension and then down.  Repeat this for two minutes on each foot.  Once you are able to do this comfortable, at the point of tension, point your toe up and down.</p>

What hurts&#8230;: when i get up in the morning my heal hurts when i walk on it  then onece am up for a while then it stops hurtting then it comes back in the late after noon i have no idea whats going on never had this problem before.  </p>
<p>How you hurt it&#8230;: on the bottom of my foot were the heal is.</p>
<p>When you hurt it&#8230;: morning and sometimes at night.</p>
<p>Your pain level (1 is low, 10 is high pain): a7.</p>
<p>Your age and overall health&#8230;: 59 and my health is good other then having this problem.</p>
<p>YOUR INJURY COULD BE&#8230;<br />
Plantar Fascitis.</p>
<p>REHAB YOUR INJURY BY&#8230;<br />
Calf Stretch: Stand on step or stool.  Put your toe on the edge of the stool and drop your heel off the stool with your knee straight.  You should feel a stretch down the back of your leg.  Bend you knee and you should feel the stretch further down on the back of the heel and ankle.  Repeat this three times on each foot holding the stretch for 15 seconds.</p>
<p>Foot Massage: Using a racquet ball or tennis ball on the floor, roll the ball across the length of your foot and over your heel.  Apply as much weight as needed to feel pressure but not pain.  Do this for 5 minutes each day, preferably before bed.</p>
<p>Five Minute Miracle: While on your back, use a strap or belt around the ball of your foot to perform stretch in video.  Perform stretch for 5 minutes on each leg 1 to 2 times per day.</p>
<p>Good Foot Support: While you are healing and getting over your symptoms, wear good supportive shoes.  If you don&#8217;t have good arch support in your shoes, replace them with inserts similar to super feet.</p>
