    yes, no more pain in the shoulders :-) I have an old injury in my neck and my shoulders and neck tended to get very very stiff, which really messed up my posture and was very painful and uncomfortable. Now my shoulder/neck muscles are so much softer, I cannot believe it – even with a lot of massage sessions it was hard to achieve. I keep doing this routine and I also added a couple of exercises to strengthen my back for a better posture. My advise – give it a try and you will not regret it!
