    It’s magic! I fell and tore my rotator cuff 5 months ago. It’s not a full tear, but I’ve been in considerable pain since. Cortisone shot helped for a while, physical therapy helped some, but still I’m in pain. After a few minutes of these little exercises, most of the pain was gone. OK – it came back in a few hours so I did the little exercises again (no weight yet) and it worked again. Thanks so much.
