    You definitely need …
    You definitely need to go to the doctor. You most likely have a pinched nerve which is leading to the hand numbness. Do not do the myofascial release with the thera-cane. The doctor will probably prescribe physical therapy with several of the exercises I’ve already shown you. A pinched nerve is absolutely worth a trip to your doctor. Let me know how it turns out.

    I was kidna worried bout somthun I seem to have a pain that comes and goes its on the left side of my back kinda upper back trapezius area . ive had this for prolly 6 years . done somthun to myself lifting to heavy of weights doing dumbell and barbell shrugs . never thought to much about it . but now my hands have being going numb alot lately and im starting to lose strength in my hands as well thought Id ask you and see what you think . is this somthun i can work out or is it more major ?
