Again – these exercises are NOT safe for the lower back or lower back pain – for people with degenerative discs, osteoarthiritis, sciatica DO NOT do the exercises shown in this video – better to work on hip adduction/abduction under supervision of a certified trainer or physical therapist.

The first stretch causes a bit of burn in the upper thighs towards your Vastus Lateralis and Biceps Femoris. So if you’re long legged like I am you’ll want to get your legs all stretched out before hand.

Jump in the car, go down to the nearest b&q, buy a tin of paint and a roller, drive back and paint your walls.

Well i had surgery on my L5 becuz i fracture the bone there. I had surgery almost two years ago n i still have pain. Now the pain is not on my back but on my left hip. Any work outs That can help me beside these?
