   I had a surgery one week ago, after I twisted my kneecap when playing icehockey. But it’s kinda good now..

   I have been lifting …
   I have been lifting weights, and I believe I may have damaged my knees. I was lifting weights to heavy, and I have paid for my stupidity with a knee that hurts when ever straightened and becomes unabareable when bent for long periods.

   Should I seek medical advice? Or just wait it out?

   i fell on concrete 2 weeks ago and my knee has fluid on it! have i broke a bone? it feels as if a bone is chipped! Do you know what it is?

    more or less the same as me…some months ago, I broke completly my acl, slightly the lateral ligament and a meniscus. Very complicated, I did a 1st surgery to recover meniscus, it took me some months to recover and now I need a secound surgery to recover the acl. But I can tell you, recovery from knee surgery takes a long time and its quite painfull. We need to be patient my friend….

    i got my acl mcl and meniscus at same time it was painful for that sec then went away but now ima go get surgery done

    I hurt my knee im not sure if it was because i didn’t stretch enough and ran and than squatted.. my knee only hurts when i do the movement of squatting.. can someone help me find out what muscle i coudlve torn?

    GUYS GUYS GUYS PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! my 2 KNEES HURT!!!! before it was ONE!! now its both!!! i dotn know what to do, i cant run but i can walk fine, IM FAILING MY GYM CLASS CAUSE OF IT!!!! WHAT CAN I DOOO????

    my knee is fine when i walk or even when i put pressure on it, but as soon as i start running there’s a painful snap on the left side of my knee!! anyone have any idea of y this is happening ??/ pls let me know

    damn, im 19 and …
    , im 19 and played sports from about 5 to 16 (soccer and baseball) and my left knee builds pressure then pops.. Does that mean I possibly have a torn acl? It gives me problems.

    I talked to my primary care doc about my knees and he sent me to pain management. They did a battery of tests. Zapped me and poked me to check for muscle and bone problems. Everything came back normal, but I still feel a constant pain. And now it’s affecting my back as well. So disappointed.

    i ruptured my acl 5 …
    i ruptured my acl 5 years ago skateboarding and went for surgery , i had a patella graft and my knee is as good as new , infact its better than before i injured it
