I have hip bursitis ...
I have hip bursitis. It is never again going to be 100%. You know what I'm talking about. I bought several vids at amazon. I can recommend
Kali Ray TriYoga - Free the Hips. She does 3 exc. exercises on it: Hip Side Sway/Spider & one more after Spider. Also Lillah Schwartz has a back dvd and I learned Traction Twist. Lastly, Yoga For Everybody - JJ Gormley.

I have back & hip problems pretty severely, I couldn't walk, so those are my recommendations. Lv a msg on my page if u need more help.

Can anyone give me ...
Can anyone give me some advice as to what to do and not to do. I have injured my hip and it seems like I may need to have a surgery on my lebram. I am into martial arts and for last six month I have not been doing any serious exercise due to allot of pain. If it is a lebram tear, does that mean I cant do martial arts or what does it mean. If someone can post me then I would greatly appreciate it. Sumon

A few years ago, ...
A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand. sorry
