    i was playin in my football match the other day and afterwards had slight pain lifting my left leg around the groin and hip area, i then got home and had training about an hour later and i was fine for a bit then we done sprints and all of a sudden i cud no longer run or walk without being in agony, now almost 2 days on its quite painful and when i lay on the floor i physically cannot lift my left leg however hard i try i jus cant! does anyone know what the problem could be?

    Hmmmm very interesting. I broke my hip in a accident at work about 3 months ago.The pain was awful. Im still on crutches and doing physiotheripy. I had no idea that it would put me out of action for this long, and im no where near walking by myself yet.

    Kali Ray TriYoga – Free the Hips. She does 3 exc. exercises on it: Hip Side Sway/Spider & one more after Spider. Also Lillah Schwartz has a back dvd and I learned Traction Twist. Lastly, Yoga For Everybody – JJ Gormley.

    I have back & hip problems pretty severely, I couldn’t walk, so those are my recommendations. Lv a msg on my page if u need more help.

    Can anyone give me some advice as to what to do and not to do. I have injured my hip and it seems like I may need to have a surgery on my lebram. I am into martial arts and for last six month I have not been doing any serious exercise due to allot of pain. If it is a lebram tear, does that mean I cant do martial arts or what does it mean.
