Severe abdominal pain and spotting 1 week before the expected period?
I had my last period on 26th of August.Since the first day I had severe abdominal pain and pain lasted for a week although the bleeding stopped by the 3rd day. Then I started having pain again from the 12th day of cycle till 23rd day.I had paracetamol and I was better for 3 days. Then on the 27th day I had bleeding in the morning and the pain also started. Now my 30th day is running and I had brownish spotting and severe pain since then.I usually have a 32 day cycle. So I am really confused ,is it periods or can it be implantation bleeding (hope so)? Please help me….
Implantation bleeding You may have some light spotting for a day or two at about the time when the fertilized egg burrows into the wall of your uterus. This is a process that starts just six to seven days after fertilization, so you wouldn't even know you were pregnant yet.

It could be implantation, but please go to the docs, (or find your nearest emergency gyneacological department if out of hours – call NHS direct for this if you can't get the doc) as those symptoms could also be an early miscarriage or even an ectopic pregnancy (esp the pain and the brown spotting).
Better safe than sorry,
Hope it's implantation

do not take this for granted.pain do not come from nowhere c a doc vry fast.it may be an infection which may even get you barren.never take.pain killer.and note if you have had no baby the pains will ease or go away totally when you get one.run to a doc now.and good luck in your trials.
