		<description>I had that too, around 13-15 weeks. It was around the time that my uterus &#039;popped&#039; up and out of my pelvis.  It is very uncomfy, I know!  I also found that my lower abdomen felt heavy and achy.  If you are concerned though, I would go to your doctor and check to see if you have a UTI.  Sometimes bladder infections are pretty much symptomless in pregnancy, but you can get odd feelings...  I went to  my MW when I had these aches and fortunately I didn&#039;t have an infection - but it&#039;s better safe than sorry.  Honestly though, I think it&#039;s just your uterus growing and moving upwards (you&#039;re going to start showing in a few weeks!!)
