I am worried about the severe lower abdominal pain i felt since yesterday.?

My lower abdomen is painful, I can not even walk straight, talk loud or anything that would connect to my abdomen. I have fever of 39.1 degrees celsius, it’s on and off. I took paracetamol and other pain reliever, but it seems there is no effect to my abdominal pain. I am already finished with my monthly period just a week ago.

You need a trip to the ER or your doctor’s office today. If you are in so much pain, you cannot walk straight, and a fever, you could have appendicitis. A ruptured appendix could potentially be life threatening.

Is the right lower quadrant of your belly sore? Does it hurt when compressed and hurt again when the pressure is released? Positive diagnosis of appendicitis there, but even if that is not the case, it still could be that. Get checked.

It’s most likely trapped gas. Seriously. It wouldn’t hurt to get checked out though. You never know, it could be a ringworm, sepsis, or a small mottled mini-monstar!

I hope you’re already at the hospital…because this sounds an AWFUL like appendicitis hun….and can be life-threatening if you leave it. The fever and severe pain is almost always a sign that a trip to A&E/ER is near…
